Foxconn Q3 Profit Surges 17% on AI Server Boom, Outpacing iPhone Assembly
Foxconn delivered a stronger-than-expected third quarter, with net profit climbing 17% year-over-year to $1.89 billion—well above the $1.56 billion analyst consensus. Revenue grew 11% to $63.5 billion, driven largely by its cloud and networking segment, where AI servers now account for 42% of total sales.
The Taiwanese manufacturer is doubling down on AI infrastructure, with $31 billion in server revenue year-to-date and new factories underway in Mexico and Texas to meet Nvidia's demand. Strategic partnerships with Stellantis, Uber, and Mitsubishi Electric further position Foxconn as a key player in autonomous vehicles and data center solutions.
